We are currently looking for an experienced and highly motivated Fixed Operations Manager to join our Nissan dealership.
As the Fixed Operations Manager, your main responsibility will be to oversee and optimize the performance of our service and parts departments.
This includes ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities: Manage the daily operations of the service and parts departments, overseeing the work of service advisors, technicians, and parts personnel.
Cultivate a culture of exceptional customer service, promptly and professionally addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing guidance and support throughout their service and parts experiences.
Implement strategies to increase profitability in the service and parts departments, such as promoting upselling services and optimizing productivity.
Monitor and analyze departmental performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and profitability.
Develop and execute marketing and promotional initiatives to enhance customer retention and attract new customers to the service and parts departments.
Foster effective communication and collaboration with other departments, including sales and finance, to ensure smooth dealership operations.
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, integrating them into service and parts department operations as appropriate.
Ensure compliance with all manufacturer standards, policies, and procedures related to service and parts operations.
Recruit, train, and mentor service advisors, technicians, and parts personnel, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
Establish and enforce safety protocols and regulations within the service and parts departments.
