Description


Support the sales and service goals by providing assistance to clients. This includes tasks such as preparing and organizing client documents, managing client account files, making photocopies, and creating presentations. The aim is to meet and exceed client expectations.

Additionally, coordinate marketing activities on behalf of the Investment Advisor. This involves executing sales and service tasks, such as reviewing reports, following up on client inquiries, and maintaining client accounts. The focus is on delivering proactive and professional assistance to both clients and team members.

Analyze data and information to gain insights and make recommendations. This includes gathering and formatting data into regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards. Prepare and review client and prospect call lists, tracking progress as needed.

Maintain an organized client database and ensure accuracy and completeness of work and information. Project a professional image by adhering to the organization's brand, corporate identity, and standards.

Adhere to risk and compliance processes and policies to safeguard customer assets, maintain privacy, act in their best interests, and ensure effective branch operations. Protect the Bank's assets and comply with all regulatory, legal, and ethical requirements.

Complete a variety of complex tasks within given rules and limits. Analyze issues and determine appropriate next steps, escalating when necessary. Be prepared for broader work or additional responsibilities as assigned.

Proficiency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese would be considered an asset.
