Job Responsibilities:
Client Communication: Engage in effective communication with clients to understand their analytical testing requirements and ensure clear and accurate information exchange.
Precise Data Transcription: Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and accuracy while transcribing data, ensuring error-free and reliable records.
Lab Information Management: Enter and log samples along with the required analysis into the lab information management system (LIMS), maintaining an organized and efficient data tracking system.
Coordination of Shipping: Facilitate the coordination of shipping sampling supplies to clients according to their specific needs, ensuring timely and reliable delivery.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support services to clients, offering assistance and guidance as required.
Qualifications:
Customer Service and Administrative Experience Possess a minimum of one year of experience in customer service and administrative support roles, showcasing a strong understanding of client-centric practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Exhibit proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, enabling efficient and effective completion of administrative tasks.
Skills:
Accurate Data Entry: Demonstrate a proven track record of precise and error-free data entry, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
Team Player: Display exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills, collaborating effectively as a valuable member of the team.
Multitasking and Priority Management: Exhibit the ability to handle multiple tasks and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
